Board/Team Development
Whether you need your board of trustees to come together or build your team into a cohesive group, we excel at building trust and consensus within diverse groups through our flexible facilitation. We start every request for facilitation services with a pre-consult to determine your outcomes and how we might build a session together to ensure you reach your organization’s goals. As the facilitator, Kristen is concerned with “How” the group is going to work together to attack the problem. She oversees the flow of the process steps, and the behaviors and attitudes needed to make the process work. She will help your leadership team develop actionable solutions to any problem.
Advisory Services
We provide consulting services to organizations that desire to improve their performance to achieve their objectives. We can provide organizational change-management assistance through the Prosci methodology, a nationally recognized change management system which is a proven, people-focused approach to developing an agile, change-ready organization.
We are experts in process analysis and improvement, gap analysis, and development of coaching skills. Kristen holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the nationally accredited Lean Sigma Corporation.
